How I can help
The transition to parenthood is often portrayed as a joyful and straightforward experience, yet for many individuals and families it can be accompanied by uncertainty, grief, stress, and emotional overwhelm. Whether you are navigating infertility, challenges with conception, pregnancy and birth experiences, or adjusting to the realities of becoming a parent, compassionate support can make a meaningful difference.
Through a warm, relational approach, I meet clients where they are, recognising that every pathway to parenthood is unique. Together, we work collaboratively to understand your experiences, strengthen emotional wellbeing, and develop practical strategies that align with your values and goals. My aim is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered as you move through this important life transition.
“You are imperfect, you are wired for struggle, but you are worthy of love and belonging.”

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a shared understanding of your experiences, concerns, and goals. We will discuss what has brought you to therapy, your personal history, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from support. There is no expectation to share everything at once—therapy moves at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you.

Confidentiality is a fundamental part of psychological practice. Information discussed in sessions remains private, except in specific circumstances where there are legal, ethical, or safety obligations. These limits to confidentiality will be discussed with you during your first appointment.

A strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in effective therapy. The initial sessions provide an opportunity to explore whether you feel comfortable, supported, and understood. If you have questions about the process, they are always welcome.
